Welcome to SmugGrid.com. By entering our lobby, using your camera, joining the matchmaking queue, or engaging in 1-on-1 matches, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Player Age Requirements

To use our services, you must meet the following minimum age thresholds:

  • Global Users: You must be at least 13 years of age.
  • European Union (EU) Users: You must be at least 16 years of age.

If you are below the applicable minimum age in your region, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform or camera features.

🚫 Zero-Tolerance Camera Etiquette

We enforce a strict, immediate permanent ban policy for any toxic behaviors. Flashing, nudity, sexual content, pornography, obscene gestures, streaming pre-recorded video loops, harassment, or hate speech over the 1v1 webcam streams is completely forbidden. Violators will be immediately and permanently banned.

2. User Conduct & Cam Etiquette

Players are matched dynamically with real individuals. By authorizing camera stream access, you agree to act in a sportsmanlike, friendly, and respectful manner. You must not capture, screenshot, or record your opponent's stream without their explicit prior written consent. We reserve the absolute right to terminate sockets and permanently blacklist IP pools of violators without warning.

3. Disclaimer of Liability ("As-Is")

SmugGrid.com is provided entirely on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. All video and voice chat is routed peer-to-peer (P2P) using WebRTC technologies:

  • We make no guarantees regarding peer-to-peer network quality, bandwidth fluctuations, lag, latency, or connection drops, as these are dependent on user devices, routers, and ISPs.
  • We hold no liability for behavior, remarks, or conduct exhibited by your peer matches. A "Next Partner" skip button is provided for instant redirection.
  • We do not warrant that the website or matchmaking queue will function error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

We may offer recurring mini-subscriptions providing players with visual cosmetic mesh upgrades, badges, and premium custom emotes:

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are auto-renewed on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time inside your dashboard.
  • Refund Policy: All digital sales are final. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing cycles.
  • Payment Processing: Transactions are handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways. SmugGrid.com never touches your primary financial data.

5. Revisions of Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of SmugGrid.com following any updates constitute binding acceptance of the updated legal framework.
